Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

About Our Products

Do all your sunglasses offer UV400 protection?

Yes. UV400 protection is a baseline standard across our entire range — not an optional extra. Every pair of sunglasses we sell blocks 100% of UVA and UVB rays up to 400nm.

What frame materials do you use?

Our range includes natural wood (bamboo, walnut, zebra wood, ebony, rosewood and more), acetate, titanium, carbon fibre, and lightweight PC/TR90 plastics. Each product listing specifies the frame material.

Are your sunglasses polarised?

Many of our sunglasses feature polarised lenses — this is clearly indicated in each product listing. Polarised lenses reduce glare, making them ideal for driving, water sports, and bright outdoor conditions.

Can I get prescription lenses fitted?

Our sunglasses are supplied with standard lenses. Some frames may be suitable for prescription lens fitting by a local optician — we recommend checking with your optician before purchasing if this is a requirement.

Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to make changes, but our returns policy will apply.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?

All orders are dispatched from Hong Kong. Every order is personally inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your location.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times vary by destination. As a general guide, most international orders arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been sent.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

Depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking your local regulations before ordering.

Quality & Returns

How do you ensure product quality?

Every order is inspected in Hong Kong before dispatch. We only work with carefully selected manufacturers, and any item that doesn't meet our standards is not sent out.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your delivery arrives visibly damaged, wet, or in poor condition, you must note this clearly on the delivery docket or proof of delivery document at the time of signing. A signature without any notation of damage is legally considered confirmation that the package was received in good condition, and we are unable to process damage claims where no damage was recorded at the time of receipt.

If damage is noted on the delivery docket at the time of signing, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged packaging and item taken at the time of receipt. We will review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Important: Please do not sign for a damaged or wet delivery without making a clear written note on the courier's documentation. Once signed for without notation, we cannot be held responsible for damage that occurred during transit.

What is your returns policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
