At Clear Sight Optics HK, every pair of sunglasses you order goes through a personal quality inspection at our Hong Kong base before it's dispatched to you. Here's how the process works:
1. We Source from Specialist Manufacturers
We work with carefully selected eyewear manufacturers known for premium materials and craftsmanship — including wood, acetate, titanium, and carbon fibre frames. Every manufacturer is vetted before we list their products.
2. Stock is Shipped to Our Hong Kong Base
Rather than shipping direct from the factory to you, all stock comes to us first in Hong Kong. This gives us full visibility and control over what we send out.
3. Every Consignment is Personally Inspected
Before anything is dispatched to a customer, we personally inspect every item for quality, finish, and accuracy. If it doesn't meet our standards, it doesn't go out. Simple as that.
4. We Pack and Dispatch Directly to You
Once your order passes inspection, we pack it carefully and dispatch it directly to your door — worldwide. You'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.
5. You Order with Confidence
Every pair of sunglasses on our site carries UV400 protection and has been personally selected and inspected by us. If you're not satisfied when your order arrives, contact us and we'll make it right.
